Dimapur, May 24: Beisumpuikam Village Council has welcome late Nchineiliu Disuang, D/o. Heidui Disuang to be buried and to perform her last rite in the soil where she belongs. It said inspite of lots of hurdle and hindrances meted out, her mortal remains are all set to be home at last by the grace of God.
The people of Beisumpuikam Village under Peren distrit has expressed gratitude to all concern who had stretched out their moral, physical, financial, prayer support during the time of untold hardship.
The BVC also thanked Governments of Nagaland and Uttar Pradesh, Helping Hand Mission under the leadership of Robin Hibu IPS, Linda Newmai, Abel Achumi, Naga Students Union Delhi (NSUD), Hekali Zhimomi, IAS, Commissioner & Secretary, Government of Uttar Pradesh, medical fraternity, Kanpur and others for coordinating to bring back late Disuang to Nagaland.
It also thanked Nagaland government functionaries, civil societies who took a firm decision and stepping out boldly to extend their support in bringing late Disuang to her native place from Dimapur. It also thanked all dedicated doctors and their team, volunteers and Government officials on Covid-19 duty, Namri Nchang, Advisor, Water Resources, T R Zeliang, Leader of Opposition, police personnel, Dimapur Naga Students’ Union, NGOs and well wishers from all walks of life.
The BVC also thanked the Zeme Youth Organization, Nagaland for their selfless dedication and challenges taken up to scoot the mortal remains of late Ncheneileu Disuang from Dimapur to her native village on their own expenses. (Page News Service)
